PRICES & VAT:
Due to fluctuating raw material prices we reserve the right to raise our prices without notice. However, we do strive to keep our prices as low as possible. All prices listed on our webshop and catalogue are inclusive of Dutch VAT at 21%. Business customers outside of the Netherlands but within the E.U. will not be charged VAT if you enter your valid VAT number when prompted on the checkout page.
Full cleared payment for an order must be received before we dispatch the goods. You can pay by 1) direct bank transfer, 2) cash on collection, 3) iDeal (Dutch customers only), 4) Mr Cash (Belgian customers only) or 5) Paypal. iDeal, Mr Cash and Paypal are facilitated via Icepay, our nominated online merchant payment service provider.

We do not store your financial information and we do our utmost to ensure your online payment is fully secure. Any data you submit to this website over a https connection will be securely encrypted with the strongest available algorithms.
PRIVACY – PERSONAL:
DELIVERY OF GOODS:
Orders with payments received before 12 noon will normally be despatched the same day (Mon-Fri). Orders received after 12 noon will normally be despatched the next working day. However, this may be subject to seasonal variation, such as during the summer vacation period and prior to Christmas, or when we are away at trade fairs. The risk of damage or loss of the goods passes on to you on despatch. We, therefore, recommend insured postage. If you require express delivery you may organise your own carrier to collect from us providing you inform us before placing your order.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
Sometimes we may sell out of a product before being able to replace it and update our site information accordingly. Should you order a product that is out of stock we will delete the item from your order, refund the price of that item and process the rest of your order normally. We will also notify you by email as well as notify you when the item is back in stock.
RETURNS – DELIVERY ERRORS:
If from our error you received the incorrect goods please email or call us as soon as reasonably possible to let us know. You will receive a full refund (including the postage) or a replacement once we have received the original goods back from you. Please return the goods within 14 days of the invoice date, including a copy of the original invoice, to:

RETURNS – UNWANTED GOODS:
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it and receive a full refund (excluding postage costs) providing the products are returned to us securely packaged to the above address unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of the invoice date. Please include a copy of the invoice. Full postage costs must be paid by the client. Underpaid postage costs will be deducted from the refund. We regret that we cannot refund or exchange any product that has been opened or used, nor any prescribed herbal teas or tincture complexes or custom-made products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Our courses and workshops are limited to small numbers in order to guarantee sufficient individual attention. For this reason, your place can be secured only by full payment of a deposit. We regret that we cannot offer a refund if you cancel your participation in full or in part. However, where the cancellation is due to illness or family bereavement we will if possible offer you a free place on a future course or workshop of the same subject to cover what you missed.
Discount vouchers may be applied to all discountable items in our shop and are deducted from the net amount payable for the goods. Certain items, including postage costs and any special offers, are not discountable. Discount vouchers are valid for a fixed term and are limited to one per person.
USING OUR PRODUCTS:
The information given on this website and in our catalogue, newsletters and workshops, and the herbal remedies offered in our webshop for common ailments, are not intended as a substitute for professional health advice. If you suffer any illness of a long-standing nature or severe symptoms, please refer to your regular health practitioner, or consult our resident herbalist, before purchasing. Please note that some medicinal herbs, most essential oils, and CO2 plant extracts should not be used directly on the skin in undiluted form, nor during pregnancy nor when taking certain prescription drugs. Romantic Nature / Blooming Naturals accepts no responsibility for the mishandling or misuse of any of our products and cannot be held liable for products made by others using our raw materials. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety and legality of any product you make using our raw materials.
When buying goods on the internet you are entering into a legally binding contract. The contract between the customer and Romantic Nature / Blooming Naturals begins once an order has been paid for by the customer. Any errors made in the placing of an order can usually be corrected if you contact us sooner rather than later. Dutch law is applicable.
