Bevat: Citroenmelisse, Vlierbloesem, Kamille, Lavendel, Pepermunt

Inhoud: 50g net.

Bereiddingswijze: 1 theelepel kruiden per kop (of 2 eetlepels per liter) heet water. Laat de thee 5 a 10 minuten afgedekt trekken, zo warm of koud mogelijk opdrinken. Drink tot 3 a 4 koppen per dag.

Directions: 1 teaspoon herb per cup (or 2 dessert spoons per litre) of hot water. Leave the tea to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, then drink warm or cold. Drink up to 3 to 4 cups per day.
