Welcome to our webshop. Here is some information that you may find useful to know before placing your order.
CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
It is not essential to create an account, as you can simply place items in your cart, type your name and delivery address and checkout. The advantages of creating an account are that you only need to fill in your details once, not every time your order. With your account username and password you can also log in and track your order, look back on your order history and write product reviews.
NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION?
You can register for our newsletter on the Homepage or during the checkout process. When you subscribe to our free newsletter you will receive information relating only to Blooming Naturals and our sphere of interest, such as inspiring articles, and announcements of special offers, new products, courses, or other relevant news and events. Your details will not be shared or sold to any third party (see Your Privacy, below).
PAYMENT
All prices displayed in our web shop are in Euro's and inclusive of Dutch value-added tax (BTW).
The tax amount, where applicable, will be shown separately in the invoice.
At present we are unable to accept payment in other currencies.
During the online Checkout process you will be asked to select one of the following four payment methods. Please note that iDeal and Paypal payments are collected on our behalf by Icepay at no extra cost to our customers.
This ensures payment protection and enables us to ship your order more quickly.
1) Payment on collection
Collect from us at a pre-arranged time and pay cash.You may also, of course, pay online in advance and collect from us.
2) Direct bank transfer
confirm your order online and then use your own internet banking to transfer the invoice amount to our account. There is no extra charge for this but please note that we despatch your order only after your payment has reached our bank.

3) iDeal
(available only for customers with a Dutch bank account)
4) Paypal
(accepts Visa and Mastercard – you do not need a Paypal account)

(available only for customers with a Belgian bank account)
VAT EXEMPTION
If you have a valid European Union VAT number for your business and live outside of the Netherlands you may apply for exemption from VAT by providing your VAT number in the relevant box when you complete your new account form. Customers outside Europe are automatically exempt from VAT.
PRODUCT LABELS
All product labels are in Dutch as standard. Labels can be printed in English at no extra cost subject to minimum order quantities.
DISCOUNT VOUCHERS
If you have a discount voucher you will be asked to enter the code number of the voucher at the Checkout. The discount rate will be deducted from the net amount payable for the goods. Discount vouchers will not apply to shipping costs or special offers. Please note that a small number of our products are non-discountable.
SHIPPING
Orders with payments received before 12 noon will normally be depatched the same day (Mon-Fri). Orders received after 12 noon will normally be despatched the next working day. Exceptions to this can happen when we are very busy or during the summer vacation period.
During the online checkout process you can request a different shipping address to the billing address if you wish.
Method and cost of shipping depends on the gross weight of your order. For deliveries up to 30kg within the Netherlands and Europe we use Post NL (TNT) via an intermediary called MyParcel. Click here for shipping rates and free shipping offers within Europe. If you require your order to be shipped outside of Europe, please contact us for the cost before confirming your order.
You may also collect from us if you wish but it is necessary to contact us to arrange the date and time.
REGISTERING & YOUR PRIVACY
We respect your privacy! When you first make a purchase from our webshop you will be asked to register the details we need from you to process your order. These details will not be shared or sold and no information will be sent to you other than your order confirmation and invoice. You also have option to separately subscribe to our free newsletter. When you subscribe to our newsletter you will receive information relating only to Blooming Naturals and our sphere of interest, such as inspiring articles, and announcements of special offers, new products, courses, or other relevant news and events.
